Hummus of giant beans
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: giant beans (425 g), extra virgin olive oil, ground cumin (djinten), red pepper (75 g tube and chilled chilled).

Put the giant beans in a sieve and rinse.

Drain.

Mix with a hand blender or in the food processor with the olive oil, cumin and red pepper.
