Turn the stems out of the caps of the mushrooms and finely chop the stems.

Heat the olive oil and fry the chopped mushrooms with the shallot. Allow to cool slightly and mix with 100 grams of herb cream cheese.

Fill the mushroom hats with the cheese mixture. Sprinkle some breadcrumbs, possibly mixed with some grated Parmesan cheese and put them under a hot oven grill for 2-3 minutes.
