Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Grind the broccoli almost finely in a food processor. Add the garlic, parsley, chives, cheese, eggs, panko, salt and pepper and mix briefly until a slightly sticky, crumbly dough is formed.
With little moist hands, form small biscuits from the dough and place on the baking tray. Bake for about 10 minutes in the middle of the oven.
Turn the nuggets over and continue cooking for about 3 minutes. Delicious with curry mayonnaise or ketchup.
