Directions

Mix all ingredients, except the chocolate, in the food processor to a nice even mixture.

Line the baking tin with the baking paper. Scoop the coconut mixture into the mold.

Smooth the top completely smooth. Use the back of a spoon (make it a little wet).

Melt the chocolate. Pour over the coconut mixture and sprinkle some edible decoration over it.
