75 gram sugar
3 bag green tea
1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 passion fruit

Directions

Boil 500 ml of water with the sugar.
Let 3 bags of green tea and let cool. Remove the tea bags.
Stir in the honey and lemon juice.
Divide the flesh with seeds of the passion fruit over the molds.
Pour in tea so that the seeds are covered and put in the freezer for 1 hour.
