Peel and cut the kiwi into thin slices. Halve the plum and nectarine, remove the kernel and cut the flesh into thin segments.

Fill the molds with all the fruit and press a little.

Dilute the thick juice in a jug with the water and pour into the molds. Put the tapas picks in the middle.

Allow the ice cream to harden in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Immerse the container briefly in hot water to get the ice creams out of the mold more easily.
