Heat the coconut water at a low setting in a saucepan with the cinnamon stick, the cocoa and cane sugar and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Remove the can of coconut milk from the refrigerator, open and scoop the top creamy cream off.

Mix the vanilla sugar with the coconut cream and whisk lightly with a whisk or mixer.

Pour the coconut chocolate milk into 4 large mugs and add some of the coconut cream. Sprinkle with the coconut grater and a pinch of cocoa.
