Directions

  1. Blanch the broccoli florets for about 2 minutes in plenty of boiling water with salt, drain and rinse. Let it drain well.
  2. Beat a batter of flour, milk and egg and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let the batter rest for a while.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok and always fry a few broccoli florets through the batter. Fry them in portions in the hot oil briefly and let them drain on kitchen paper. Serve immediately.
  4. Tasty with a piece of meat or fish.
