Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging and let it cool down on a large scale.
  2. Cut off the peel from the oranges, including the white layer, and cut the parts between the membranes. Collect the juice.
  3. Peel the pineapple and cut the flesh into small strips. Do this with the banana.
  4. Mix the fruit with the collected juice and lime juice and grater, honey and sambal.
  5. Roast the coconut in a dry frying pan until light brown. Scoop the rice through the fruit and sprinkle with the coconut and coriander.
