Fillet steaks with roasted beet
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (boiling, scrubbed), boiled beet ((500 g), peeled), olive oil, vinegar, frizzle apple (eg jonagold), onions (in parts), filet steaks (a la minute) natural (300 g)) and sour cream (125 ml).
