Fillet steaks with roasted beet

A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (boiling, scrubbed), boiled beet ((500 g), peeled), olive oil, vinegar, frizzle apple (eg jonagold), onions (in parts), filet steaks (a la minute) natural (300 g)) and sour cream (125 ml).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Wrap the potatoes with aluminum foil and knead them in the oven for about 45 minutes until done.
  2. In the meantime, cut the beetroot into wedges and put them in the baking dish. Spoon with 3 tbsp oil, the vinegar and salt and pepper. Bake for the last 20 minutes with the potatoes in the oven.
  3. In the meantime, cut the unpeeled apple into pieces and remove the core. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the filet patties with salt and pepper. Slide the onion to the side of the pan and fry the meat for about 4 minutes. Turn halfway. Bake the apple for the last 2 minutes.
  4. Take the potatoes and beetroot from the oven. Unfold the foil and cut the potatoes lengthwise to slightly below half. Push them open and spread the sour cream over them. Divide the filet steaks, onion and apple over 4 plates and place the potatoes and beetroot next to them.
