Filo pasties with turkey strips and mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Melt half of the butter. Brush 4 sheets of filo pastry with melted butter and fold them in four.

Press the dough into the molds. Fry the pies in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Heat the rest of the butter and fry the turkey strips lightly brown.

Scoop the shallot with the mushrooms and curry powder through and fry for 5-6 minutes.

Mix in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.

Put the potters on plates and scoop the filling.
-
Divide the remaining filling next to the pasties and garnish with the parsley and tufts of garden cress.
