Sprinkle the apple strips with lemon juice.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Brush the muffin molds with some melted butter and dust them with some flour.

Cut the filo pastry in half to create 8 square pieces. Brush four pieces with some melted butter and place the other 4 sheets on top.

Gently push the pieces of filo pastry into the muffin molds and shape the overhanging dough into a loose edge.

Brush them with a tassel with milk and fry the dough molds until crisp and brown in about 15 minutes.

Let them cool in the molds.

Pull the mackerel meat apart, check for bones and mix with the celery and apple.
