Directions

  1. Sprinkle the apple strips with lemon juice.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Brush the muffin molds with some melted butter and dust them with some flour.
  4. Cut the filo pastry in half to create 8 square pieces. Brush four pieces with some melted butter and place the other 4 sheets on top.
  5. Gently push the pieces of filo pastry into the muffin molds and shape the overhanging dough into a loose edge.
