Fish with mango-ginger sauce and broccoli
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mango, pandan rice (pack 500 g), oil, onions (coarsely chopped), garlic (chopped), wok sauce (ginger (bottle 200 ml)), pangasius fillets ((bag 750 g, frozen) , thawed) and broccoli (in florets with stalk).

Peel the mango with a peeling knife. Cut the flesh on both sides of the pit straight. Cut the remaining flesh from the pit. Cut the fruit into cubes. Cook the pandan rice according to the instructions on the package in plenty of boiling water. Drain and collect 150 ml of cooking liquid.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Add the garlic, the mango cubes, the wok sauce and 150 ml of rice cooking water and season with salt and pepper. Put in the pangasius fillets and scoop some of the sauce over the fish. Cover the frying pan and let the fish cook over low heat for about 12 minutes. Spoon some sauce over the fish.

Cook the broccoli for 8 minutes and drain. Divide the broccoli over 4 plates and serve with the rice and the fish in sauce.
