Melt the chocolate au bain-marie and stir in the pink color. Spoon the melted pink chocolate in circles (about 4 cm Ø) on a sheet of baking paper.

Put a stick in each circle. Then add some chocolate, so that the skewer is covered with chocolate. Also make a cup of a string of chocolate and leave to dry for about 30 minutes.

Use the enamel tip to mark the beaks and eyes on the lollipops and allow to dry. If necessary, adorn the skewer with gold trim as legs.
