Directions

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan. Add the vanilla and the sliced ​​vanilla pod to the milk.
  2. In the meantime, whisk in a bowl the egg yolks, cornstarch, sugar, a pinch of salt and 4 tablespoons of the warm milk.
  3. Puree the forest fruits in a food processor.
  4. Take the vanilla pod out of the pan and pour the rest of the milk in a thin stream while constantly tapping the egg yolks.
  5. Pour the mixture back into the pan and let it simmer for a short time until custard. Then stir in the forest fruit puree.
