French toast of gingerbread

Cut the cores out of the pears in such a way that nice holes are formed. Fill the half pears with the chocolate and put them in the baking dish.
Put in the oven for 5-8 minutes until the chocolate has melted.
In the meantime, heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the gingerbread French toast on both sides until they are crispy and have a nice golden brown crust.
Put the pear halves on plates, fill with a French toast and put some curd on it. Put a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle with honey.
