Peel the carrot with a peeler. Cut the cucumber and carrot into slices of 3-4 mm lengthwise.

Cut the watermelon into slices of ½ inch thick. Cut the avocado half in half and remove the kernel. Scoop the flesh from the skin with a spoon and cut into slices.
