Directions

Put the cranberries with the sugar and a little water in a saucepan.

Let them soften on a low heat in 5 minutes and let them cool down.

Wash the rhubarb and cut into small pieces.

Boil the rhubarb in a small amount of water in 5 to 10 minutes until al dente.

Let the rhubarb cool down too.

Cut the apple and the pear into small pieces and drizzle with lemon and chopped mint.

Stir in the cherries and the rhubarb with strawberry and spread the fruit over 4 plates.

Put the spheres of ice cream into nice cups and serve with the marinated fruits.
