A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: white almonds, dried figs, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, lemon zest (pot) and powdered sugar.

Directions

  1. In food processor, almonds to powder.
  2. Cutting the stalks of figs and chopping figs in the kitchen machine.
  3. Bring sugar with 1 dl of water to the boil in a thick pan.
  4. Cook uncovered on low heat for approx.
  5. 5 minutes until syrup is reached.
  6. Almond powder, chopped figs, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder and lemon zest by stirring syrup.
  7. Gently cook for approx.
  8. 4 minutes until mixture releases from the bottom.
  9. Spread the mixture evenly in the tin and let it cool down.
  10. Spread the mixture with icing sugar and cut into square cubes.
  11. Delicious with cup of strong coffee..
