Fruit mousse and wafer-thin honey cake
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: filo puff pastry (frozen, pack a 10 sheets), liquid honey, sunflower oil, biscuit and speculoos spices (a 20 g), forest fruits (frozen, 300 g) and fruit mousse (strawberry raspberry 0% fat (a 4 cups)).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cover baking sheet with baking paper.

Cut the filo pastry into 6 strips each.
