Mulled wine sorbet ice cream
A tasty recipe. The gluten-free dessert contains the following ingredients: medium hand orange (clean-scrubbed), lemons (scrubbed) and tea-nails.

Put the wine in a saucepan and heat over low heat. Cut the orange and lemon into slices and add to the wine.

Add the cinnamon stick, honey, cloves and the bay leaf. Let the flavors on low heat 30 minutes in the wine pull. The wine can not cook.

Pour the wine through a sieve and put it back in the pan. Add the jelly sugar and stir until it is dissolved.

Pour the wine into the freezer, allow to cool to room temperature and put in the freezer.
