Directions

  1. Bake the bacon cubes and scoop them out of the pan.
  2. Add the olive oil and fry the onion and garlic.
  3. Add the broad beans, potato, bacon cubes and chicken broth and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the soup with the cheese and celery.
