Garden pea soup with basil
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, shallot (finely chopped), fresh basil ((15 g), in strips), garden peas (frozen), vegetable stock (of tablet), green beans (halved), celery (in curves), dried savory, (freshly grated) nutmeg, Greek yoghurt and ham cubes (about 200 g).

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 shallot finely shredded
- 1 bag fresh basil (15 g), in strips
- 450 g garden peas freezer
- 800 ml vegetable stock from tablet
- 100 g green beans halved
- 2 stems celery in curves
- 1 teaspoon dried savory
- Teaspoon (freshly grated) nutmeg
- 150 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 duobakje ham cubes approx. 200 g

Directions

Heat oil and shallot and half of basil in (soup) pan for 1 min.

From peas 4 keep full tablespoons separate, rest by shaving scallops.

Add the broth, bring the soup to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes.

Mix with soup blender soup.

Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in green beans, celery, savory and nutmeg.

Simmer for 5-6 minutes, until vegetables are al dente.

Stir the yogurt, ham cubes and withheld peas through soup and briefly heat.

Soup the soup into four deep plates and sprinkle the rest of the basil strips over it..
