Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
  2. Put the buckwheat flour, butter and sugar in the food processor and mix into a cohesive dough.
  3. Grease the quiche molds and spread the dough evenly over the molds. Press well.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes in the middle of the oven. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Leave the oven on.
  5. Meanwhile, peel the apples, remove the core and cut the flesh into cubes of 1 x 1 cm (brunoise). Cut the dates into small pieces.
  6. Chop the nuts coarsely and mix with the apple, date and apricot jam pieces.
  7. Divide the apple-nut mixture over the molds. Bake for about 15 minutes in the middle of the oven until golden brown and done.
