Goat cheese fritters
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: Dutch goat cheese (flat piece approx. 100 g), spring onions, pancake mix, Premium Pilsener (a 33 ml) and oil for deep frying.

Heating the oil.

Remove cheese and cut into 12 thick sticks of approx.

6 cm long.

Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.

Mix in pancake flour and beer until smooth batter.

Combine the spring onions.
-
Roll the cheese sticks one by one through the batter and bake until golden brown in hot frying oil with 4 pieces at the same time for 2-3 minutes.

Serve immediately..
