Ingredients
- 150 gram mixed salad
- 75 gram fresh spinach
- 5 twig basil only the leaves
- 5 twig flat leaf parsley only the leaves
- 200 gram green asparagus halved in length, in pieces of 5 cm
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 150 gram strawberry
- 100 gram seedless white grape
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Mix the lettuce with the spinach and the green herbs.

Roast the asparagus steaks for 2-3 minutes in 1 tablespoon of oil. Extinguish with 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

Arrange the asparagus, strawberries and grapes on the salad.

Mix the rest of the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, honey and pepper and sprinkle over the salad.
