Directions

  1. Stir the lemon juice through the chicken. Stir in the mayonnaise and cooled chicken broth into a fairly thin salad dressing.
  2. Cook the snow peas in slightly salted water in about 6 minutes until al dente. Drain them. Immerse the snow peas in cold water to stop the cooking process. Then let them drain well and cool.
  3. Put the lettuce leaves in a bowl and mix the snow peas, pieces of chicken, chopped chives and walnuts through it. Keep a few walnuts for the garnish.
  4. Garnish the salad with walnuts and a few sprigs of chives.
