Green salad with snow peas and smoked chicken

Stir the lemon juice through the chicken. Stir in the mayonnaise and cooled chicken broth into a fairly thin salad dressing.

Cook the snow peas in slightly salted water in about 6 minutes until al dente. Drain them. Immerse the snow peas in cold water to stop the cooking process. Then let them drain well and cool.

Put the lettuce leaves in a bowl and mix the snow peas, pieces of chicken, chopped chives and walnuts through it. Keep a few walnuts for the garnish.

Garnish the salad with walnuts and a few sprigs of chives.
