Remove the skin from the melon and cut the flesh into cubes.

Cut the apple in four, leave the peel on and remove the core.

Peel the banana.

Put the melon, apple, banana, spinach, the leaves of fresh mint and yogurt in a blender.

Mix into a smooth smoothie (or use a hand blender and high bowl).
