Directions

  1. Cut the julienne roots. Peel the ginger and finely chop 2 tbsp.
  2. Let the olive oil become hot in a large frying pan with non-stick coating on high heat. Put in the ginger and fry it for 30 seconds while stirring.
  3. Put in the roots and stir in the ginger oil. Add a good pinch of salt and the water. Then turn the heat half-high.
  4. Bake the carrots for 4 to 5 minutes until they are just soft and the water has evaporated.
  5. Stir in the sesame oil and soy sauce plus the sesame seed and serve. Bon appétit! .
