Healthy mashed potatoes with spicy tuna steak

Peel the potatoes and cut into equal pieces. Cook them in about 20 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, halve the avocados, remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh from the peel. Cut into pieces.

Mix the oil with the paprika powder. Brush the tuna steaks with a brush.

Squeeze out the half orange and mix the juice with the mustard and the oil.

Remove the ugly outer leaves from the head of lettuce. Remove the leaves from the rest of the lettuce and mix the lettuce with the dressing.

Drain the potatoes and crush them together with the avocado. Season with pepper and salt.

Bake the tuna steaks 2 min. Per side in a hot frying pan with non-stick coating. Serve with the lettuce and puree.
