Directions

  1. Brush or wipe the mushrooms clean and cut into slices.
  2. Cut the bacon and the sun-dried to strips.
  3. Fry the bacon, add the mushrooms and tomato.
  4. Bake briefly on high heat.
  5. Add the sherry, herbs and crème fraîche.
  6. Mix flour with salt in a bowl.
  7. Make a well in the flour and break the eggs.
  8. Pour the milk and mix well with a mixer.
  9. Add cognac and finely chopped fresh herbs and finally the melted butter.
  10. Grease a frying pan with oil and fry thin pancakes. Fill the pancakes with the ragout.
