Directions

Cook the pasta and the green beans al dente in large, lightly salted water and pour it off.
-
Mix the pasta with some olive oil and cooking liquid and allow to cool.

Let the green beans scare in ice water.
-
Mix everything ingredients for the dressing.
-
Wash and cut the apples into equal cubes.
-
Let the herring fillets drain on a kitchen towel.
-
Make four sandwiches from the herring fillets, the pasta and the green beans.
-
Place a sandwich on each plate with apple cubes next to it.
-
Pour some dressing over the apple cubes.
-
Finish with the dill plumes.
