Cut the pegs into pieces.

For the dressing mix mustard, honey, wine vinegar, oil, sour cream and dill.

Finely chop the onions and cut the leaves into small rings.

Scoop the dressing and the onions through the herring pieces.

Divide the mixed salad into 4 plates. Place the herring salad on top and garnish with the onion leaves.
