Hoisin chicken wings with sesame seeds
Chicken wings with a marinade of hoisin sauce and sesame seed served with a dipping sauce of ketchup, yoghurt and chili flakes.

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Mix the chicken wings with the hoisin sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds, pepper and salt.

Place the chicken wings on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and roast in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes until it is golden brown and done. Turn halfway.

Meanwhile, make the dipping sauce: mix the ketchup, yogurt, chilli flakes and the rest of the hoisin sauce in a small bowl. Slice the coriander.

Garnish the chicken wings with the coriander and serve with the dipping sauce.
