Break the chocolate into pieces and put in a bowl. Place the whipped cream in a heavy-bottomed pan against the boil and add the butter.

Pour the warm cream over the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted and an even mixture is formed.

Fill 10 cavities of the ice cube holder with the chocolate mixture. Let this so-called ganache stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Place the ice cube tray in hot water for a few seconds and pour the ganache cubes on a shelf.

Insert a tapas stick into each block.

Heat the milk in a pan against the boil. Divide the milk over 10 mugs and put a chocolate cube in each mug. Let stirring in the milk while stirring.
