Peel the pears and cut into pieces. Then put them in the blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

Cut the vanilla pod open lengthwise and scrape out the marrow with a knife tip. Add the marrow, the yogurt, sugar and cinnamon to the pear.

Mix in 30 sec. to a smoothie. Add extra sugar if necessary and mix for another 5 seconds.

Divide the smoothie over 4 glasses and garnish with a cinnamon stick and some ground cinnamon.
