Turmeric latte


This golden variant of chai latte is made with turmeric, almond milk, cinnamon and pepper.

Directions

  1. Put the almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon and black pepper in a saucepan against the boil.
  2. Leave to heat for about 10 minutes (the drink is not allowed to boil). Turn off the heat and stir in the coconut oil and maple syrup with a whisk.
  3. Pour the turmeric latte through a small, fine sieve into the glasses and serve immediately.
