Hot fruit salad


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: firm apples (eg elstar), lemon juice, sweetener in powder form (pot a 75 g), blackberries, French (low-fat quark (pot a 500 g)) and cinnamon powder.

Directions

  1. Peel the apples and cut into wedges.
  2. Bring 1 dl of water, lemon juice and 1 tbsp Canderel to the boil.
  3. Add apple slices and simmer for about 5 minutes until apples are soft.
  4. Add blackberries and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Let the fruit mixture partially cool in the bowl.
  6. Mix the quark with 1 tbsp.
  7. Canderel and cinnamon.
  8. Spread fruit with juice over 4 plates and create cinnamon quark next to it.
  9. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder..
