Baste various types of fruit such as strawberries, blackberries, pieces of apple or pear, pieces of peach or apricot on skewers.

Brush the fruit lightly with honey. Place the fruit sticks next to each other on a plate or baking tray and put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes.

Melt 125 grams of pure chocolate au bainmarie or about 2 minutes at 400 Watt in the microwave.

Do the same with 125 grams of white chocolate. Pour the melted chocolate over the fruit sticks and sprinkle immediately with sprinkles, grated coconut or chopped unsalted nuts.
