Peanut salsa

A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: onion, oil, flour, peanut butter (natural) and sweet soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Peel the onion, put it on its side and cut it into small pieces. Look at the tip how to do this. You can also make the onion small in a food processor or buy ready-to-eat shredded onions.
  2. Put the oil in a saucepan. Fry the onions on medium heat in the oil in about 4 minutes soft and golden yellow. Add the flour and stir for a moment. Then stir in the peanut butter.
  3. Add the soy sauce marinade and 150 ml (one cup) of water. Turn down the heat and keep stirring until you have a smooth, rather thick sauce. Patat there and ready! The 'Peanut Salsa' is delicious with meatballs, but also with the 'Spicy chicken'.
