Leeks in red wine marinade
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, leeks, olive oil, red wine, chicken broth (from tablet), red wine vinegar, mustard (spicy) and fresh parsley (finely chopped).

Remove the underside and dark green, stiff part of the pregel gel.

Slice the leek lengthwise and rinse well in lukewarm water.

Squeeze out the moisture, wash again and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.

Cut pre-stems into equal pieces of approx.

5 cm.

Heat oil in a large frying pan.

Add the leek and bake until golden on a high heat for 10 minutes, turning the leek regularly.

Add wine and 100 ml chicken broth to leeks and braise them for 10 minutes with a lid until leeks have softened.

Place the leek on a serving dish.

Pour the wine vinegar and the rest of chicken broth into frying pan, bring to the boil while stirring and reduce to half.

Take the pan of fire and mix mustard with wine mixture.

Mix wine mixture with parsley, salt and pepper.

Pour the wine mixture over leeks and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Arrange the leek at room temperature.
