Icecream ice cream with fig sauce
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: lemon, orange, sherry (Pedro Ximenez (bottle 0.375 liters, liquorice)), granulated sugar, vanilla sugar (8 g), dried figs (bag 250 g), whipped cream (250 ml) and icecream (1 liter) ).

Squeeze out the lemon and orange. Pour the juice into a saucepan. Add the sherry, 3 tbsp granulated sugar and 1/2 sachet of vanilla sugar and bring to a boil. Add the figs and leave on low heat with the lid on the pan for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and leave it covered for at least 15 minutes.

Beat the cream with the rest of the granulated sugar and the vanilla sugar until stiff.

Heat the fig sauce. Take 4 ice cream coupes and scoop 2 rolls of roll-on ice cream in each section. Divide the sauce over it and garnish with the whipped cream.
