Irish coffee granita with whipped cream and mocha beans


Granita of strong coffee with whiskey, brown caster sugar, whipped cream and mocha beans.

Directions

  1. Dissolve the sugar in the freshly brewed coffee while stirring. Add the whiskey, stir and pour into a freezer.
  2. Let cool in 30 min. Place the container in the freezer for approx. 4.5 hours. Stir every half hour with a fork from 2 o'clock.
  3. Beat the whipped cream. Divide the coffee granita over 4 cocktail glasses and scoop the cream. Garnish with the mocha beans.
