Pour the gin into the bottle or jar.

Add the candy sugar and coffee beans.

Cut open the vanilla pod lengthwise and also put it in the bottle.

Close the bottle or jar well and let stand for 4 weeks. Shake a lot every day. The liqueur is ready when the candy is completely dissolved.

Pour the liqueur through a sieve and collect in a measuring cup. Return to a clean bottle.
