A tasty recipe. The drink with alcohol contains the following ingredients: whipped cream (125 ml), white caster sugar, ground cardamom powder, freshly brewed strong coffee (pure fair trade), whiskey (liquorice) and cocoa powder.

Beat the whipped cream with the sugar and cardamom.
Pour the hot coffee into 6 tall glasses and mix 1 tbsp whiskey through each glass of coffee.
If necessary, add some extra sugar.
Carefully pour the whipped cream onto the coffee; make sure it does not mix.
Sprinkle the drinks before serving with some cocoa powder..
