Crumble the stroopwafels coarsely. Divide the pouring syrup over the glasses and pour the espresso over it.

Heat the milk against boiling in a saucepan.

Beat the milk with a whisk or special milk frother and pour with the coffee.

Spread the cream over it. Sprinkle with the stroopwafel crumbs and the pouring syrup and serve.
