A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: eggs, flour, cold butter (diced), powdered sugar and lemons (pressed).

  1. 3 Split eggs. In a food processor, mix flour, 125 g butter, 100 g powdered sugar, 1 egg and 1 egg yolk into a coherent whole using the pulse button. Pour dough into plastic wrap and leave to stand in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Pour the dough onto a work surface covered with flour to form a rag of about 25 cm. Cake with dough and put baking paper on it. Place support filling on parchment paper and bake light brown in 25 min. Remove mold from oven, remove support and baking paper and cover thinly with egg yolk. Melt the rest of butter. In the meantime, put 4 eggs, egg yolk, 100 g powdered sugar and lemon juice (keep a few drops) frothy. Already pour melted butter through pouring spout. Pour the lemon mixture into a pan and put it back in the oven. Take out the casserole in 20 minutes and remove from the oven. Protein in clean food processor or bowl with mixer to stiff peaks (there should be no splash of egg yolk or fat). Add the remainder of powdered sugar with littered lemon juice in portions to egg whites. Preheat the oven grill. Spread the egg white foam with spatula over the cake and heat it for another 10 minutes under grill, until protein is brown and cooked.
