Directions

Put the limoncello in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Peel the yellow skin of the lemon into long strings with a zest.

Put the ice cubes in a tea towel and beat flat with the rolling pin. Divide the ice over the cocktail glasses.

Pour the limoncello, vodka, Sprite and apple / cranberry juice into a large jug and stir.

Spread over the glasses and garnish with the lemon zest. Serve immediately.
