Italian limoncello blush with sprite and apple-cranberry juice

Directions

  1. Put the limoncello in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  2. Peel the yellow skin of the lemon into long strings with a zest.
  3. Put the ice cubes in a tea towel and beat flat with the rolling pin. Divide the ice over the cocktail glasses.
  4. Pour the limoncello, vodka, Sprite and apple / cranberry juice into a large jug and stir.
  5. Spread over the glasses and garnish with the lemon zest. Serve immediately.
