Sparkling rosé cocktail
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian drink with alcohol contains the following ingredients: sugar, mineral water without carbonic acid, rosé (AH House wine), unsprayed rose petals, fresh mint and champagne (rosé or sparkling rosé).

Bring sugar with 2 dl of mineral water to the boil. Let it boil until sugar is completely dissolved. Boil down to half in about 5 minutes on high heat. Take the pan of fire and allow the sugar syrup to cool slightly. Stir in the rosé and the rest of the mineral water. Mix mixture in ice cream maker and turn for 35 minutes until it is ice cream. Keep in freezer.

Rolling small bread rolls out of rosé ice cream. In six flutes, 6 rolls of bread ice cream each. distribute fresh mint (and rose petals) over glass. Gently pour sparkling wine on ice-cream balls. Put long spoons in glasses.
