Mango sorbet
A nice mexican recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: mango, lime (squeezed), fine sugar and white rum (or tequila).

Peel the mango and cut the pulp into the pit.

Cut the slices into pieces.

Puree in a food processor the mango with 200 ml of water, the lime juice, the sugar and the white rum.

Turn the mango puree into a sorbet in an ice cream machine.

You can also put the mango puree in a container and allow it to freeze for at least 2 hours in the freezer.

Take the ice out of the container and mash it with the hand blender to a loose mass.

Divide the sorbet over 4 slices.

You can prepare this dish 2 days in advance.

Keep the sorbet ice covered in a freezer in the freezer..
